P. Alphanso Colbert Essentials
As a young man, I grew up in Philadelphia never expecting to get out. Once my granny died at 5 y/o....I never seen a lot of my family. Never had any friends. Nobody believed in me. They all thought I would be another statistic. I felt so alone. The only time people even looked my way was when I dribbled a basketball. Soon after realizing that I turned that same anger from being alone into fuel for training my body to be the best. I wanted girls to see me. I wanted friends. I wanted to bring my family back together. If I couldn't get everyone to come to the family reunion; then maybe I could become so good in basketball and my other sports (Football, Baseball, & Track) that all my family have to come together to watch me.
Before I knew it I was a Sr. in high school receiving over 30 scholarships. I started modeling just so I could do the school fashion show. "Girls were screaming way to hard for guys that were walking like robots". I just had to do it. Movies and TV shows made me wonder if places like Jamaica, Barcelona, Maldives, and more were really real. So not only did Sports and Fashion save my life. It's provided me the ability to travel all across the world including 2 different countries by the time I was 19.
PACE is everything essential to me that I feel saved my life. Everything I feel like will save another's life. I'm passing on everything I've learned during this journey. PACE teachings, clothes, and entertainment will focus on giving back. Even if that's in my training, my fashion/style, my music, modeling, traveling, and so much more. Let's Change The World! PACE TRAINING
I've played basketball at invitational camps such as well known Hoop Group and other college camps. Won Football Championships. Ran D1 track for Grand Canyon University. I been training all my life and I started teaching what I learned to kids who showed me they were willing to learn. Now I've been a trainer for 6 years and counting. With my training it's a guarantee that you will not only gain skill and upgrade your athleticism. You will also gain knowledge coming from professionals in almost every field who taught me!
PACE CLOTHING LINE
The Pace logo was based on a tattoo that I have representing the 3 PAC's. My father, baby brother and myself. At least until I have my son and or daughter one day in the future that'll add to that list. While coming up with the PACE idea I felt that I had to show homage to Philly. Also had to give respect to my 3rd icon behind my Mother and Father. Allen Iverson! Not only did I try and play like him and my dad but my style growing up was from some of his styles. Turning the E backwards killed two birds with one stone. The 3 is similar to one of AI's Philly jersey's.
Also, all PACE gear prices will end in a 3. For example, say a hoodie cost $50. It will instead cost $53 and for every purchase made, that $3 will go towards free gear going to the homeless and or less fortunate!
